1 Applies to dangerous shipments as defined by IATA requirements, for which a DGD (Shipper's Declaration) is not required.
* Basis for calculation of charges is CWT – chargeable weight. Chargeable weight calculation is 1cbm=166,67kg
* Loading and unloading is included in the price of handling, unless it is not possible to pick up the goods with a forklift. For shipments
exceeding 100 pieces per AWB, a manual loading fee of EUR 0.05/kg of the gross weight is added.
* In the case of deconsolidation of import shipments, each HAWB/means of transport, handling is counted from a new on the weight of the
goods received
* In the case of a DGR shipment at controlled temperature, the handling of DGR and PER is counted.

Charging starts from the moment, the shipment arrival notification is sent. The storage fee begins to be charged after the free-of- charge amount is exceeded. Holidays, public holidays Saturdays (refers to WAW) and Sundays are not included. The basis for charging is the chargable weight of the goods. GCR, DGR - 72h free of charge PER - 48h free of charge. EU shipments – 24h free of charge AVI,VAL (KTW)- 6h free of charge.

Comments
1. All rates are net prices. VAT is calculated in accordance with applicable regulations.
2. A Lufthansa Cargo service charge (as per PL KTW/WAW - Lufthansa Cargo agreement) of 14EUR / MAWB shall be added to all export and import handling charges.
3. In case of handling the goods outside the warehouse (labeling/presentation at the UC), a fee of 75 EUR min or 0.04 EUR/kg will be charged (the basis is the payable weight of the goods) + shipping fee according to the price list.
4. In case of withdrawal of the shipment, a handling fee will be charged in accordance with the price list.
5. The maximum load capacity of a forklift is 8000 kg. For handling heavier shipments, please send inquiries via e-mail
6. The maximum size of the shipment for security check is 180x180 cm. For larger dimensions, it will be necessary to prepare the goods for manual security inspection
7. The dimensions of the room (KTW) for the storage of VAL consignments are 540x280x280cm, and the door frame is 120x200cm.

9. In the case of notification of import shipments, this should be done no later than 15 minutes before the office closes so that the documents can be processed and transferred to the warehouse.
